Collaborative Research

LicenSys plays a leading role within the Utsch Group for research and development of RAIN RFID products and solutions. We are also collaborating with several Australian universities and independent research bodies.

We are active in Road Safety Initiatives with the Road Safety Research Network and the Transport and Population Research Network.

Internationally we are part of the RAIN RFID Alliance and actively participate in the domains of secure data structures, performance measure and Electronic Vehicle Identification (EVI).

We are recognised International Standards Organisation (ISO) experts where we contribute in the fields of Automated Identification and data capture methods (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 31) and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) – Vehicle Identifications (ISO TC 204).

LicenSys is the industry lead in the fleetVALID research and development project, which is funded by the Australian Research Council (fleetVALID.info).
